I smoked this turkey using Susie’s methods from her smoked turkey kit. It turned out amazing and I got nothing but compliments the whole day.

Smoked my turkey for Thanksgiving and used the this glaze for the FIRST time ever. Well.....IT WAS A SUPER HIT with my family. I was getting questions about it. Lol. So I shared where it came from. Plus I used the turkey brine kit with the smoked turkey seasoning as well. GREAT FLAVORS across the board!!!!! NOW, my ONLY ISSUE is the smoked seasoning is not available throughout the year. I cook turkey parts at different times during the year. This smoked turkey seasoning is needed to be added to the other seasons, not just for Thanksgiving. Just a FYI.
I used this on a thick cut, bone in pork chop…….AMAZINGGGGGG. Light glaze, not too sweet, perfect. Love this stuff

Way too sweet for my taste. Will try to fix it with some acid ingredient. Thinking on red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar or even some pure cranberry juice.

I had just had an operation before Thanksgiving and I was killing time recovering looking at Youtube on how to spatchcock turkey's and I came across your video. OMG! what a great website you have. Yours should be the model, you sell your products, but you also have the recipes to make them. Who does that? By the way the glaze was phenomenal and since I cook a turkey for both Thanksgiving and Christmas we didn't have to wait a whole year to enjoy it. I used this on my smoked turkey this year at Thanksgiving and it was gobbled up! We have started cooking a traditional oven bird and a smoked, spatchcocked bird and this year, this glaze upped my game. Nothing left for sandwiches!
